I cannot be happier with the service provided by Inspect LV! I had a home built in 2022 and scheduled to have an independent home inspection ahead of my one-year builder warranty inspection. Inspect LV was on time, professional, and very thorough. Nearly 60 items were identified that were not up to code, including a broken roof truss. I have not yet had my builder inspection yet, but am armed with information once I do. I am comforted by the fact that Inspect LV will come back out to re-inspect my home once repairs have been made. I highly recommend Inspect LV - best money I’ve ever spent!
At the end of 2022, we bought a house in the Henderson area through Alyse Heffner of The JoeTaylorGroup and in doing so we were set up for an inspection with Michael Hughes of Inspect LV. This was our first home and I must tell you, I was so terrified of the event, the inspector coming(oh, I heard horror stories), but Michael of Inspect LV, this guy, OMG, he was efficient to a T, very very in-depth, friendly, and very detail oriented, and I mean went through it all, he made his list and was so knowledgeable about how to fix things, made the inspection nothing to be "scared" of and ended up being from my home town, small world. All in all, from our relator to Michael the Inspector, we were in such good hands. I can't say enough great things about Inspect LV - they helped us to make our dreams come true 🙂

Our home inspector (Michael Hughes) showed up on time, was extremely courteous and professional, and explained their home inspection process to us, before proceeding to perform the home inspection on our new home in Las Vegas. The process was very thorough and covered many areas of our home; in addition, Michael took the time to explain many of his findings.
I have been a homeowner for more than twenty years and own a large apartment complex where I do much of the work myself in addition to hiring licensed Tradesmen. I can tell you that Michael and Inspect LV are excellent at what they do.
Michael flew a drone over the rook of our home to inspect the roof in detail and take pictures... I said a Drone! 🙂

Could not have had a better experience! Michael Hughes was friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and thorough! Had him inspect my new build Lennar home as I was suspicious of the quality of work. His report was in depth and I do not feel that he missed a thing. Many things I would have never noticed myself! You will not be disappointed with the quality of his work and the peace of mind that Inspect LV provides.

Inspect LV performed the home inspection on a property we recently purchased in Henderson. They are efficient, professional, and very thorough. The detailed inspection of the property, clear report, and helpful images made us much more comfortable with the purchase. They were all the more important to us in this endeavor as we knew the house had suffered a water damage/issue, and Inspect LV's recommendation that we have the area inspected by a restoration specialist helped to settle our concerns about any lingering issues.
