Who We Are

Spectrum Inspection Group Inc. is a group of conscientious and dedicated Nevada State certified Inspectors of Structures. Beyond their state certification every inspector in our organization has conducted advanced field and classroom training in order to attain their Spectrum Certified Inspector designation. We all take great pride in the service we perform. We have been providing high quality, Advanced Scope Inspections™ in Southern Nevada for more than a decade.

• We have a dedicated full-time office staff who strives to provide the highest level of customer service available.
• We provide courtesy calls before and after the inspection to ensure our customers and clients have a full understanding of their report.
• We provide email confirmation and reminders of the appointments and deliver our reports through our own dedicated Internet server.
• Our full color digital photographic data acquisition reports are incredibly detailed yet easy to read and understand.
• We provide complimentary no-cost reinspections.

The fee for our service is slightly higher than the average home inspection fee but we do not perform average home inspections. The depth of the inspection and the level of service we provide is often perceived to be higher than the inspections performed by an Engineer (PE) often at more than twice the price. The scope of our inspections is the most expansive in the industry.

We are a word of mouth organization that has no other print or media advertising. And those who have been told of our services by friends and relatives are generally emphatically advised to use our service. We have inspected more “top shelf” and Street of Dreams model homes in Southern Nevada than any other inspection firm. We are one of the few firms whose inspectors physically traverse concrete tile roofing and attic areas.
