"Expect What You Inspect."
Our company is unique among all the inspection companies in Southern Nevada. As is the case with any service company in any
industry having the service you need provided by the owner of the company will almost always result in a higher level of service than
having the service performed by an employee of the company.
At the inception of our firm we could be counted as one of those companies
plagued with this problem. We tried everything under the sun to motivate our employees to provide the same level of detail and service
that the company owner provided to our customers and clients. Our solution to this problem was to make every inspector a partial owner
of the company.
Since every inspector is also an owner they have a vested interest in providing our customers and clients with the
level of service that can only be provided by the owner of the company.
It is a seemingly small change but it has resulted in a huge
difference. Every inspector in our organization is not only intent on refecting well on themselves but also reflecting well upon the
company they own. It's like having a close relative as a home inspector who inspects the home with the same depth and detail he would
provide if his own mother were purchasing the home.
